SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Currently we only offer shipping to the contiguous United States. Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days of successful payment processing. We do not ship to freight forwarder addresses.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We currently offer shipping through USPS Priority Mail. Will-Call arrangements can be made for Davis County, Utah and neighboring communities.
RETURN POLICY
We're so confidant in our play dough and our product, that we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee! Try out our product, and if it does not meet your expectations, let us know and we will do everything we can to make it right! All returns are reviewed on a case by case basis, and we are sure that we can meet your expectations!
DAMAGED PRODUCT
If something gets damaged during shipping or arrives in poor condition, let us know and we will do what we can to make it right!
REFUNDS
All refunds will be submitted to card or form of payment used for purchase after returned product is received by Wunderbins, LLC.
